Anyone Plan To Switch To TMOBILE PLEASE READ

I purchased service 1-30-12 in the am and was told my old number would be transferred within 24 hrs which is standard. My number was always transferred within an hour in the past. 24 hours came and went I called the store 1819 Sardis Rd. Charlotte NC where I purchased the service and told the manager Jennifer I did not have my number yet. I was given a toll free for tech support to call, after 35 mins Ruby told me there was no reference number and gave me another reference number and told me it would be another 24 to 48 hours before I received my number. Called the store manager back gave information to check on situation and stated she would call me back. Well I called her back several times and was given excuses as to why she could not speak with me. At 2 pm on 2-1-12 I called tech support again and they again did not have a reference number. I called the store again ask to speak to Both the person that sold me the phone & the manager which were both busy. I went & purchased another service the phone number was transferred in 10 minutes. When to the TMOBILE store ask to cancel my service and a refund and was told I could cancel but can not have a refund. I went two days without a cell phone because TMOBILE employees were not doing their jobs but I have to pay for that?
